1. About this Policy

Wisenetic Technologies ("Wisenetic", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Policy explains what personal data we collect through our website and related online services, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights you have.

It applies to visitors to our website, people who contact us or subscribe to our communications, job applicants, and prospective clients. For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), we act as the Data Fiduciary (controller) of the personal data described in this Policy.

This Policy does not cover data we process on behalf of our clients while delivering software or e-commerce projects. In those cases we act as a processor under the client's instructions and our contract with them, and the client's own privacy notice applies.
