These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at www.wisenetic.com and its related pages and online services (the "Website"), which are operated by Wisenetic Technologies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India ("Wisenetic", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the Website, or by ticking a box or clicking a button that states you accept these Terms, you agree to be bound by them and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. They are generated by a computer system and do not require a physical or digital signature.

Software, modules and extensions we publish, including those listed on the Odoo Apps Store and the Adobe Commerce (Magento) Marketplace, are licensed under the licence stated on the relevant listing or in the product documentation. Purchases through a third-party marketplace are also subject to that marketplace's own terms, including its payment and refund rules.
- Pricing and availability. Information about services, features and pricing on the Website may change without notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software and design ("Content"), is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
You may view the Website and print or download a single copy of Content for your personal, internal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact. "Wisenetic" and our logos are our trademarks. Using them requires our written permission.

Odoo, Adobe, Adobe Commerce, Magento, Shopify and other product and company names mentioned on the Website belong to their respective owners. We mention them to describe our technical expertise and compatibility. Their use does not imply any sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation unless we expressly state it.

When you send us enquiries, feedback, files, job applications or other information through the Website, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use feedback and suggestions to improve our services, without any obligation to you. We handle personal data in your submissions in line with our Privacy Policy. Please do not send us confidential or sensitive information through general forms; if you need to share confidential information, ask us to put a confidentiality agreement in place first.
